Anyone been to Laurel Creek basin or lake 10876 in SNP?

Anyone been to Laurel Creek basin or lake 10876 in SNP?

I've been intrigued by this remote area of SNP. So far the only info I've found dealt with reintroducing Big Horned Sheep to the area. Seems like it could be entered from Coyote Pass or possibly from Silver Lake/Shotgun Pass.

I haven't been there but have thought about going there. Backpacker did a short blurb a couple years ago about it as one of the loneliest hikes. Perhaps one of their writers actually went there before penning the article. IIRC, they talked about approaching it via Coyote Pass.
