Larry Conn Memorial

Fellow HST Members,

One year ago today, so hard to believe that it has been a year, is when Larry started his trip and 5 days later SEKI posted here on HST about Larry missing and asking members for any information about his whereabouts.
Without saying to much would like to take this time to commemorate our friend and HST members life with his very own words and photo's.
All his TR's have been compiled by Copeg at the bottom of the page so everyone can go through and read and enjoy Larry's delightful style of writing.

Your presence here is missed, you have left a hole in some of our souls, but your spirit lives on in our eternal memories.

Maverick / Copeg,

Thanks for posting all of these TRs. Too bad the Webshot sight no longer has his pictures.

My understanding is that we lost Larry on October 22.(??) What a shame!

Thanks again for all of your work!

You are correct Russ. Larry started his last trip into eternity on the 19th, which
corresponds to the 18th this calender year.
The exact date is really irrelevant, what is consequential is that we all lost a
good friend.

Yes Maverick, you are correct. The exact date IS irrelevant. Sometimes (other who know me might say "often times") I can be a little too anal about the facts. I apologize for being so anal.

Once again, thank you for compiling such a wonderful tribute!

A beautiful job putting together this tribute, Maverick. Of all those lovely shots of Larry's that you posted, none is more lovely than the last.

Thanks so much for posting this. Although we wish his Webshots albums were still up, his own writing and the photos you selected make a fine tribute to Larry's memory.

I too like the "hang loose" picture. Even though I didn't know the man; that picture speaks volumes.
The largest and most inspired memorium is the "re-Conn" form on this forum. Something inspired by his passing that we all can use with good conscious.
